 We host art parties for any occasion!  We’ll even travel to your location if that’s what you prefer!

Choosing Twig and Berry Art Studio to celebrate means your child and their friends will have fun creating a unique art piece to take home while celebrating their special day!

All of our party packages include:

  • Studio rental at Twig and Berry Art Studio OR location of your choosing
  • Ages 5+
    2 hours of studio time: typically 90 minutes of art time + 30 min celebration/set-up/clean-up time.
  • Tiny Berries and Creation Stations for ages 2-5
    1.5 hours of studio time: typically 60 minutes of art time + 30 min celebration/set-up/clean-up time.
  • Personalized chalkboard Sign to greet you (in studio)
  • Clean smocks to borrow
  • Art supplies for chosen art project (see options below)
  • Sensory bin (in studio)
  • Art instruction by an experienced art teacher
  • Set up of art materials
  • Clean up of art materials
  • Help with serving food if needed
  • Festive art studio environment, complete with age-appropriate music

Children’s Party Packages

Art Parties for Children Ages 5+

  • Basic Package – $350 for up to 8 attendees
  • Additional children – $20 per child (16 children max)
  • Included: Special collaborative canvas created by birthday child and guests!

You can choose from several art projects, or *Create Your Own Theme and I’ll put together a special activity. Regardless of activity, we do our very best to provide a fun and creative atmosphere for the birthday child and all attending!

Children’s parties are typically held on Saturdays or Sundays in a 2-hour time block. This includes 1.5 hours of art time and an additional 30 mins for celebration. Other times or days can be arranged upon request.

 

Art Project Choices – Choose One

Basic Packages:

  • Painted Vintage Vinyl Record – symmetrical dot painting, brushes, sponges, lots of options! – tons of fun! 
  • Canvas – inspired by chosen theme – suggestions: animal (owl, dog, cat, tiger, unicorn or other animal), pop art, monster, dinosaur or Monogram (first initial) Choose from our collection of painting options while planning your party.
  • Slime Time – yep, we make slime and each child takes theirs home in a container :)

Choice-based Packages:

  • Creation Stations – the most popular option! (see below) – $375 (includes up to 8 attendees, $20 per child additional)
  • *Create Your Own Theme – starting at $375

All Ages – Creation Station Art Party

  • $375 for up to 8 attendees
  • Additional children – $20 per child (16 children max)

This is a popular choice for 5+ birthday parties AND is the other 2-5 year old option. It is like an “art playground” where kids can move freely around the studio. Kids love to have choices while creating, and we give them as many as we can.

With the guidance of an art teacher, kids create as they choose, selecting materials in different media centers set up for things such as: glitter jar making, watercolor painting, junk-art sculptures, collage materials, necklace making, and a sensory bin. The ultimate choice-based art birthday party option!

For older kids (11+), we add to/edit the above stations, offering for a more age-appropriate art ability, of course. If you have special requests for these stations, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Ages 2-5 – Tiny Berries Art Party

  • $350 for up to 8 attendees
  • Additional children – $20 per child (12 children max)

This party is all about sensory play, fine motor development and exploring freely!

There will be a sensory bin, a playdough table and a birthday canvas to paint. In addition, you can choose between a mini canvas to paint, or a wooden beaded necklace for the children to take home.

Parties for Tiny Berries are typically held on Saturdays or Sundays in a 1.5 hour time block. This includes 1 hour of art time and an additional 30 mins for celebration. Other times or days can be arranged upon request.

Other Important Things to Note

  • Please let us know of any health concerns or special needs so we can be sure to accommodate.
  • For birthday child up to age 10, one parent of the birthday child is required to stay at the party at all times.
  • No alcohol allowed during kids parties
  • We will contact you a few days before your party to confirm your total attendees and collect any additional fees based upon the number of guests participating.
  • Sorry but we do not provide refunds for guest cancellations or no-shows. Please read Cancellation Policy, below.
  • NOTE: ALL party attendees must have a Liability Waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian. They may do this upon arrival at check-in, or if coming with someone other than a parent/legal guardian, we will provide a digital copy to be completed/printed beforehand and submitted upon arrival.
  • You may arrive 15 minutes before and stay 15 minutes after to get settled in the space, greet and say goodbye to guests.
  • Renting party is responsible for any food, beverages & paper goods, invitations, decorations – if you would like to bring balloons or small table decorations that is fine with us! …Pizza Roma is down the road, and Beer Towne and Kat’s Coffee House are right across the street!

Payment

$300 to reserve your date and time is required at the time of reservation, and balance due at end of party. Please let us know which party project and the amount of guests you are inviting when you book the party, so that we can make sure we have the correct amount of materials on hand. We will contact you a few days before your party to confirm your total attendees and collect any additional fees based upon the number of guests participating.

 

Cancellation Policy

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A PARTY RESERVATION:

You must do so at least 21 days prior to the event to cancel or reschedule. These reservations are not eligible for a full refund. Please check your dates carefully. Choose from a 80% T&B Art Studio credit or an 80% credit card refund. A reschedule or transfer to another participant will require a $25 transfer fee.

Late cancellations (less than 21 days before scheduled party) will be handled on a case by case basis. Please understand that it is hard to fill a party slot on short notice and there are costs and effort in preparing for an event. If there is inclement weather or a last minute illness that affects your party reservation we will do our best to reschedule.
